CO₂ Snow Horn Installation for Cooling Samosa Fillings

Project Description:

This project marks the initial phase of a CO₂ injection system designed to enhance food processing efficiency. The system involves the installation of CO₂ snow horns, which are used to rapidly cool mixtures—specifically samosa fillings—prior to further processing.

Objective: To reduce product temperature quickly – improving handling and accelerating downstream production.

Technology: CO₂ snow horns inject carbon dioxide in solid (snow) form directly into the mixture, absorbing heat and lowering the temperature.

Benefits:

Faster cooling times

Improved product integrity

Enhanced process efficiency

Beginning stages of a co2 injection project

Outcome:

This project demonstrates the integration of cryogenic cooling technology into food manufacturing, tailored to meet the specific needs of high-volume samosa production.
