Scope of Work:
This project involved the design and installation of a custom stainless steel overhead emergency stop pull cord system, developed to enhance operational safety in a facility utilizing large-scale mixing vessels.
- Purpose: Provides a quick and accessible emergency shut-off mechanism for a large industrial mixer, allowing operators to immediately halt mixing operations in the event of an emergency.
- Design Features:
- Overhead Pull Cord: Strategically installed above the mixing area for easy access from multiple positions.
- Stainless Steel Construction: Ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with food-grade or industrial hygiene standards.
- Emergency Integration: Pull cord is directly linked to the mixer’s control system, triggering an immediate shutdown when activated.
